Note for Indian Students

Indian Students to File Visa Applications for Czech State Universities through the ‘Student Program’

1. Indian students who wish to pursue their higher studies at Czech state universities are hereby informed that Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, has established a “Student Program”, which allows applicants who have been accepted to the Czech state universities to file their applications for visa in an expedited manner. Appointments are facilitated within days, as the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi sets aside capacity for these applications. Similarly, the Ministry of Interior subsequently reviews applications filed through the “Student Program” speedily.

2. In view of the above, Indian students are, therefore, advised to make use of the ‘Student Program’ preferential channel.
