Programme Components
1. One-on-One Mentorship
• Monthly virtual or in-person check-ins
• Goal setting and progress review
2. Group Masterclasses & Panel Talks

3. Networking Sessions
• Meet-ups with fellow mentees, Czech professionals, and other community leaders
4. Mentor Café
• Informal Q&A sessions to share insights and build rapport
5. Samvay Circle (Community Platform)
• Digital hub for resources, discussions, events, and alumni engagement


Selection Process
Mentors – Selected by invitation based on leadership experience, community involvement, and domain expertise.
Mentees – Apply through an open call with a short motivation statement. Selection based on alignment with program goals.


Duration
Initial cohort: 6-month cycle (renewable), with evaluations and feedback loops.


Recognition
• Certificates for mentors and mentees
• Spotlight features on the Embassy and partner platforms
• Showcase success stories at Embassy events and cultural gatherings.
