Selection Process
Mentors – Selected by invitation based on leadership experience, community involvement, and domain expertise.
Mentees – Apply through an open call with a short motivation statement. Selection based on alignment with program goals.
Duration
Initial cohort: 6-month cycle (renewable), with evaluations and feedback loops.
Recognition
• Certificates for mentors and mentees
• Spotlight features on the Embassy and partner platforms
• Showcase success stories at Embassy events and cultural gatherings.
