Engaging the Indian community & business leaders in Czechia
An interactive session with Minister of State for Commerce & Industry, Jitin Prasada brought together members of the Indian community and a business delegation organised by FICCI, with participation from representatives of Confederation of Indian Industry and Invest India.
In his welcome remarks, Ambassador Raveesh Kumar noted that this marks the first Ministerial visit to the Czech Republic since the new Czech Government assumed office in December 2025, underlining its significance for strengthening bilateral engagement.
The Minister shared insights on recent Government of India initiatives and encouraged the community and business leaders to actively engage as stakeholders in the journey towards a Viksit Bharat.
The session provided a valuable platform for dialogue, reinforcing the role of the diaspora and industry in advancing India–Czech economic and people-to-people ties.
